Every window starts as a description: where the opening is, what it should look like and how it should perform. Casement or sash, one opening or ten, send the details through the form below and your enquiry comes straight to us, ready for the conversation about making it.

Send your window details

The form has eight fields: Name, Email, Phone, Location, Subject, Budget, Timeframe and Message. Here is how to use them so the enquiry describes the window clearly.

01 Subject: the window type, such as casement, sash, awning, sliding, fixed or bay. You can also write “not sure yet”.
02 Message: how many openings, plus a rough width × height for each one.
03 Message: your frame preference (timber, aluminium or uPVC) and your glazing preference (single, double, acoustic or low-E).
04 Location: your suburb. Mention in the message if it is a period home.
05 Budget and Timeframe: a rough idea is plenty at this stage.

What each detail tells us

A made-to-order window is shaped by three things: the opening, the frame and glass inside it, and the house around it. You don’t need final answers to enquire. A clear note on each is enough to start.

Mark / Type

The opening

Style and size decide almost everything else. A tall sash, a wide slider and a fixed picture pane are built very differently. The Window Styles Guide sets out the common types side by side.

Frame and glass

Timber, aluminium and uPVC each look and age in their own way. Glazing affects comfort, noise and energy use. See the Frame Materials Guide and Glazing Options Explained.

The house around it

Rough sizes are enough to start

Measure the width of each opening in millimetres at three points (top, middle and bottom) and the height at three points (left, centre and right), and note the smallest reading for each. Then label each opening in your message (kitchen, front bay, stair landing) so every size belongs to a clear place. Also note which side is the outside, how you would like the window to open, and anything close by that could get in the way, such as a downpipe, a bench or a balustrade.

Clear labels help more than perfect numbers.
